you can get it from the manga or the dark revelations 4 special edition package with several DR4 packa and a light and darkness dragon, or you could buy the single card on ebay or at your local card shop.

Okay, player A and Player B have no trap or magic cards or anything in their hands. Player A has summoned Light And Darkness Dragon, and now his hand is empty. Player B has four monsters, and Player A kills one of them and ends his turn.
Player B draws Destiny Hero Plasma and summons it by tributing all 3 of the monsters he had.
Now, can player A's dragon negate the effect of Player B's destiny hero or does player B's destiny hero negate the effect of Player A's dragon?
Because this can essentially decide who wins the duel. The dragon was there already, so he should be able to pay 500 of his atk and def points and negate destiny hero's effect, or will the destiny hero be able to negate the dragons effect since he was just summoned?
Destiny Hero - Plasma will prevent Light and Darkness Dragon's effect from activating. In this situation, it doesn't matter who was on the field first, Plasma will win.
Plasma's negation effect is continuous, LaDD cannot negate continous effects. The moment Plasma hit the field, LaDD became useless and Plasma can absorb it with his effect
