Ok I have a stun deck and when I verse my friend s they always tell me skill drain negates all effects of monster.
But does it negate:
Thunder king Rai-Oh
D.D. crow
Koa'ki meriu guardian
Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo
I just need to know what the skill drain is effecting and what it isn't

"Thunder King"'s second effect will not be negated by "Skill Drain" as it will no longer be face-up when its effect is resolving.
D.D crow won't be negated because it is not activated in the field, it is activated in the graveyard
Koa'ki meriu guardian's effect: You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect and destroy that monster, can be activated. It is like rai-oh coz it is the cost to tribute him and the effect activates in the graveyard.
Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo:skill drain negates both effects coz the monster is face-up on the field when the effect activates.
PS: gladiator beasts can tag in and tag out while skill drain is face-up on the field

The Exciting Culture Of Nepal
Nepal is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of bio-diversity due to its unique geographical position and latitudinal variation. Nepal enjoys the distinction of being the only Hindu Kingdom in the world. However, there is a harmonious blending of Hinduism and Buddhism. Nepal has a population of more than 22 million people made of different races and ethnic groups living in different regions, with diverse culture, languages and dialects. The Gurungs and Magars live mainly in the west. The Rais, Limbus and Sunwars inhabit the slopes and valleys of the eastern mid hills. The Sherpas live in the Himalayan region. The Newars constitute an important ethnic group of the capital valley-Kathmandu. There are Tharus, Yadavas, Satars, Rajvanshis and Dhimals in the Terai region. The Brahmins, Chhetris and Thakuris are generally spread over all parts of the Kingdom.
