MTG Question: Jareth, Leonine Titan?
Say I terror J.L.T and then opponent makes him protection from black. then I decide to fireball him for 7 ( for example ) can my opponent keep changing the protection for everything I throw at J.L.T during that turn?
And also, Say I Warp World or Wrath of God, and J.L.T is protection of either of those colors when the spell is casted, do the spells still work on him or is he untouchable?
1. As long as he has the mana to do so, he can keep activating Jareth's ability and giving him protection from a different colour. Note that this doesn't "replace" the previous colour choice, it's in addition to it.
2. The spells will still work on Jareth. Protection stops four things - damage, enchanting or equipping, blocking, and targeting. Since the spells you mention do none of those things, protection doesn't stop them, and Jareth will be swept away with everything else.

In MTG is a creature still a spell when it enters the battlefield?
essentially I'm trying to see if mind break trap can work almost like a blue wrath of god.
All cards you play with the exception of lands, and cards brought into play via an effect such as using Elvish Pipers ability are spells. That being said they can be countered.
